I was responsible for translating the ApoGuru WordPress plugin for the Shopware ecosystem. As this was my first project using Shopware, I began with an in-depth exploration of its architecture. Fortunately for me, Shopware is built on Symfony and uses Twig as its templating engine, which simplified the onboarding process.

A Web application for bicycle dealers to lease bicycle to the self-employed and freelancers. This was done with React.js and Tailwind on the frontend side. The frontend was then connected to an API server based on Express.js.

As well as individual student support in one-on-one format. Content-related assistance with respective issues.

For the personal issues of the participants, we were supported by a social pedagogue (e.g., while determining the individual learning pace).

I played a role in the relaunch of a web application by designing a modern architecture, with the focus of improving the user experience & application performance. Additionally, I provided technical support through activities such as code reviews and pair programming.

To automate the business processes, the company decided to forge closer connections between its primary website, online blog, online shop, ERP system and newsletter tools.

As the lead developer at SIGMA SPORT at the time, I took on the following responsibilities: 1 The coordination and co-development of the new website, online blog, and online shop using WordPress, WooCommerce and JetPack. 2 Orchestrating the integration of the ERP system and the in-house ticket system through a JSON-API based on Composer & Symfony.

The primary challenge we faced was constructing a system robust enough to manage 2 key issues.1 A substantial volume of high-definition images and videos.2 A high influx of visits and user interactions.

It is worth mentioning that my involvement concluded right before the development of the new newsletter concept.
